Responsibilities

- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)

- Translate research prototypes into production-ready systems with measurable impact
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top AI conferences (3+ NeurIPS/ICML/CVPR papers)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow, distributed computing, and MLOps frameworks
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and diffusion models
- Experience with large-scale dataset curation and ethical AI bias mitigation
- Strong software engineering skills with production-level Python/C++ implementation
- Portfolio demonstrating deployed AI systems serving >1M users
