Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for generative models
- Lead end-to-end AI research projects from ideation to production deployment

- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development
- Stay current with emerging AI trends and evaluate their strategic applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Proven track record of developing production-level AI systems
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, or multimodal models
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, calculus, and probability
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Experience with MLOps and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure)
