Responsibilities
- Research, design, and implement novel machine learning algorithms to solve complex industry problems.
- Train, fine-tune, and optimize large-scale deep learning models (LLMs, Transformers).
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to deploy models into production environments with high scalability and efficiency.
- Analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and improve model accuracy.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic research and industry trends to integrate cutting-edge methodologies.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the AI department.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Proven experience in Deep Learning, specifically with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent programming skills in Python, C++, or CUDA.
- Demonstrated ability to publish research in reputable conferences or journals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
