Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for generative models
- Lead cross-functional AI projects from research to production deployment
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Mentor junior AI scientists and foster collaborative innovation
- Optimize model performance for scalability and real-world applications
- Collaborate with product teams to align research with commercial objectives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of applied AI research experience with production models
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Published papers at top-tier AI conferences or journals
- Strong background in transformer architectures and diffusion models
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing
