Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets using SQL and Python.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) for executive leadership.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and measure success.
- Automate reporting processes to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with internal standards.
- Present findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced queries, joins, window functions).
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation.
- Demonstrated expertise in Tableau or Power BI.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings for business leaders.
