Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for next-generation AI models
- Lead research initiatives in transformer optimization and self-supervised learning
- Develop production-ready ML pipelines serving 10M+ daily active users
- Publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Translate academic breakthroughs into scalable commercial applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing production ML systems at scale
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Published research in NLP or computer vision (arXiv, top-tier journals)
- Strong foundation in probability theory and linear algebra
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Weights & Biases)
