Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art multi-modal LLM architectures.
- Optimize large-scale training pipelines for maximum throughput on H100 GPU clusters.
- Conduct original research and publish findings in top-tier conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, and CVPR.
- Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to deploy low-latency, high-reliability AI features.
- Design robust evaluation frameworks to measure model safety, bias, and reasoning capabilities.
- Mentor junior research engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field with a focus on Deep Learning.
- Minimum of 5 years of industry or post-doc experience in AI research and development.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or JAX.
- Proven track record of scaling models with billions of parameters across distributed systems.
- Extensive experience with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Strong publication record in high-impact machine learning venues.
