- Mentor junior researchers and establish best practices for AI model lifecycle management
- Ensure ethical AI development through rigorous bias mitigation and fairness testing
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with proven track record of production model deployment
