Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural architectures for large-scale language models
- Lead end-to-end AI R&D projects from ideation to production deployment
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research into scalable solutions
- Publish findings in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) and contribute to open-source
- Mentor junior researchers and establish ethical AI frameworks
- Drive innovation in multimodal AI systems combining NLP, computer vision, and reasoning
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of industry experience in AI research with proven publication record
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, or generative models
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Strong software engineering skills in Python/C++ with production deployment experience
