Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Strong publication record in machine learning or AI ethics research
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP)
- Deep understanding of reinforcement learning and transformer architectures
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
