Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Published record in top AI conferences (minimum 3 peer-reviewed papers)
- Strong background in reinforcement learning or generative models
- Experience deploying ML models at scale using Kubernetes and Docker
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and cloud-native development
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex AI projects from concept to production
