- Mentor junior scientists and provide technical guidance

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 3+ years postdoc experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed ML frameworks
- Published record in top-tier ML/AI conferences
- Strong background in Bayesian statistics and probabilistic modeling
- Experience with large-scale GPU cluster computing
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional research projects
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Patent or significant open-source contributions preferred
