Responsibilities

- Lead research projects in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning domains
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and deploy production-level AI systems
- Publish research findings in leading AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Mentor junior researchers and establish best practices for AI development
- Stay current with emerging AI trends and evaluate new technologies for implementation
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
- 5+ years of experience developing production-level AI systems
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong publication record at top-tier AI conferences
- Proven ability to translate research into practical business solutions
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow)
- Demonstrated knowledge of ethical AI development and deployment practices
