Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for computer vision and NLP applications
- Lead research initiatives in explainable AI and ethical machine learning frameworks
- Translate academic research into production-ready solutions with measurable business impact
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in leading AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Collaborate with product teams to align research objectives with commercial goals
- Stay current with emerging AI trends and contribute to open-source initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed training frameworks
- Strong publication record at top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and generative models
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of deployed AI systems with measurable performance metrics
