Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and multimodal systems
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for production-scale applications
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Mentor junior researchers and foster collaborative innovation
- Translate theoretical models into deployable solutions with measurable business impact

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)

- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed AI research
- Strong background in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
