We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Research Scientist to lead our breakthrough projects in Natural Language Processing and Generative AI. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced deep learning algorithms, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformers.
- Conduct cutting-edge research and publish findings in top-tier academic conferences and journals.
- Collaborate with the infrastructure team to ensure scalable, low-latency deployment of AI models in production environments.
- Perform rigorous experimentation, A/B testing, and model validation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Translate complex research concepts into practical, user-facing features.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML research and development.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning principles.
- Proven track record of publishing research in reputable venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.) or shipping impactful AI products.
