Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI/ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and AWS SageMaker
- Lead end-to-end machine learning projects from research to implementation
- Optimize neural networks for scalability, performance, and real-time inference
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise platforms
- Conduct advanced research in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning domains
- Implement MLOps pipelines for automated model training, monitoring, and deployment
- Mentor junior engineers and stay current with emerging AI research and technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning development
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud-based ML infrastructure
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI solutions in production environments
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, algorithm optimization, and data preprocessing
- Experience with distributed computing and GPU acceleration (CUDA)
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) or equivalent industry impact
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
