Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models and deep neural networks.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Optimize inference latency and improve model accuracy through rigorous testing and research.
- Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines for model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Research and integrate the latest state-of-the-art techniques in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
