Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade ML pipelines using TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Lead development of generative AI models for content creation and automation
- Optimize neural network architectures for performance and scalability
- Collaborate with product teams to define AI-driven features and roadmaps
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis of AI systems
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for MLOps
- Stay current with emerging AI research and implement state-of-the-art techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development with Python
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch) and NLP libraries
- Strong background in computer vision or reinforcement learning
- Proven track record deploying ML models at scale using cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
