Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management and meeting coordination across global teams
- Financial document processing including expense reports and vendor invoices
- Database management for HR records and project documentation
- Office procurement and inventory control systems maintenance
- Travel coordination and logistics for executive personnel
- Onboarding process coordination for new hires
- Prepare executive correspondence and confidential reports

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of progressive administrative experience
