Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with meticulous attention to detail
- Oversee departmental administrative functions including records management, document control, and compliance filing
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, track progress, and prepare comprehensive status reports
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Act as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders with polished communication skills
- Manage departmental budgets, expense reports, and procurement processes
- Maintain confidential records and ensure adherence to data protection protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive administrative coordination experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven experience with project management tools and document management systems
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing demands
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial data and reporting
- Professional certification (CAP, CPS) preferred
