Responsibilities
- Executive calendar management and complex travel coordination
- Financial document processing including invoices, expense reports, and budget tracking
- Database administration and record-keeping using Salesforce and proprietary systems
- Meeting logistics coordination for 50+ stakeholders across multiple departments
- Office supply procurement and vendor relationship management
- Onboarding coordination for new hires including equipment setup and training
- Monthly reporting compilation and presentation preparation for leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
- Proven experience managing executive calendars and complex itineraries
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Certification in Office Administration or Project Management preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
