Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling high-stakes meetings across global time zones
- Coordinate international travel arrangements with meticulous attention to logistics
- Prepare confidential documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office inventory, vendor contracts, and facilities management
- Serve as primary liaison between departments and external stakeholders

Qualifications
