- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite
- Oversee office inventory, vendor contracts, and budget tracking with precision
- Coordinate onboarding processes and training materials for new hires
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems with 100% compliance

Qualifications
