Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with precision
- Oversee office supply inventory, vendor contracts, and facility maintenance
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and track key performance metrics
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Implement digital filing systems and streamline administrative workflows
- Support onboarding processes and new hire orientation programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in deadline-driven environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira)
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field required
- Professional certification (CAP, CPS) preferred
