Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics with flawless coordination
- Compose and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office procurement, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and maintain critical documentation systems
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Implement and optimize administrative workflows using Microsoft Office Suite
- Prepare board materials and executive-level documentation
- Manage expense reporting and budget tracking for departmental operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive administrative experience supporting C-level executives
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with project coordination and deadline management
- Knowledge of office management best practices and procurement processes
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
