Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Oversee office supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance requests
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects, track deadlines, and maintain project documentation
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders with polished communication skills
- Implement and improve administrative systems to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience (Bachelor's preferred)
