Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and documentation workflows
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using MS Office Suite
- Oversee office supply inventory and vendor relationship management
- Implement and maintain digital filing systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Assist with budget tracking and expense report processing
- Support onboarding processes and new hire orientation coordination
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of progressive administrative support experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with CRM and project management software (Salesforce/Asana)
