- Database management and reporting using Microsoft Excel and Salesforce CRM
- Lead onboarding processes for new hires and coordinate orientation schedules
- Coordinate vendor relationships and procurement of office supplies
- Develop and maintain confidential personnel records and HR documentation
- Act as primary liaison between departments and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience in corporate settings
