What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and resolving scheduling conflicts with discretion.
- Prepare and edit high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring a professional tone and high accuracy.
- Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and accommodation.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and inquiries, escalating critical issues to the appropriate stakeholders immediately.
- Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy and secure document retrieval.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide events, conferences, and team meetings.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, expense reporting, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a senior administrative or executive support role within a corporate environment.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and advanced computer literacy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- High level of organizational skills, time management, and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Relevant certification (e.g., AAT) is a strong advantage but not essential.
