Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange complex domestic/international travel
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office inventory management, procurement processes, and vendor relationships
- Lead onboarding procedures for new hires and maintain HR documentation systems
- Coordinate departmental events and manage budget reconciliation processes
- Serve as primary contact for clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Implement digital filing systems and ensure compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive administrative experience in financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel pivot tables, PowerPoint design)
- Experience with SAP or Salesforce CRM systems
- Professional certification (e.g., CAP-OM, MOS) highly valued
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99%+ accuracy in document production
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive financial environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with crisis management experience
