Responsibilities
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with GAAP compliance
- Manage SOX 404 audits and internal controls documentation
- Analyze financial data variance and recommend strategic adjustments
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and cash flow optimization
- Collaborate with FP&A teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Implement process improvements using NetSuite and SAP systems
- Mentor junior accountants and ensure team skill development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
- 5+ years in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in GAAP, SOX, and IFRS standards
- Expertise in financial modeling and variance analysis
- NetSuite/SAP implementation experience
- Strong Excel/Power BI skills with data visualization expertise
- Proven audit management and process optimization track record
- Excellent communication with ability to translate complex data
