Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive stakeholders
- Lead internal audit coordination and SOX compliance initiatives
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting accuracy
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and international accounting standards
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in financial reporting and reconciliation processes
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multinational tax regulations
- Proven leadership in team mentoring initiatives
- Certification in relevant accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Advanced)
