As a key member of our accounting department, you will manage the end-to-end financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory standards. You will be the gatekeeper of our fiscal health, working closely with the CFO and department heads to drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all journal entries are accurate and timely.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements, variance reports, and management accounts for senior leadership.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations, maintaining strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure full compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal control policies.
- Assist in external audits by providing necessary documentation and supporting schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting or public accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is highly desirable.
- Proficient in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks Enterprise.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
