Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect high-value clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored solutions that demonstrate a clear ROI for the client.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and product capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
