Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle sales strategies to acquire new mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Conduct compelling discovery calls and product demos to understand client needs and articulate value propositions.
- Navigate complex sales cycles, including overcoming objections and negotiating contract terms.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Customer Success teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets with precision.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Demonstrable track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a remote-first hybrid environment.
- BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
