Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within a defined territory.
- Conduct high-value discovery calls and needs assessments with prospective C-level executives.
- Present tailored solutions and product demonstrations to drive product adoption.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and signing.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize the sales funnel.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales (minimum 3-5 years).
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet aggressive quarterly quotas.
