Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to increase hotel room occupancy and spa service bookings.
- Manage and optimize social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to boost brand engagement and online presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, travel agents, and local partnerships.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal packages, and events to drive revenue during off-peak periods.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure our pricing and offerings remain highly competitive.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to track conversion rates and ROI on marketing activities.
- Provide exceptional guest assistance, ensuring the Sojourn Spa Hotel experience is communicated consistently across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the hotel or wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media advertising platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a high-pressure, guest-facing environment.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to analyze data to drive sales improvements.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Melaka.
