Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistent brand standards and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
- Manage inventory control, merchandise display, and visual merchandising standards to optimize sales and product presentation.
- Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture focused on sales targets and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and relevant retail regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in retail operations management, with at least 2 years in a multi-store or regional capacity.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales, managing budgets, and optimizing operational efficiencies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficient in retail analytics software and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with all levels of staff and external partners.
