Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Train and mentor service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with our brand standards
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to increase revenue and optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations
- Collaborate with culinary team on menu development, seasonal promotions, and event planning
- Analyze performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and drive profitability
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive experience in high-volume restaurant management
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (ServSafe certification required)
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
