Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations across all departments including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and recreational facilities
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue optimization
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multicultural team of hospitality professionals through targeted training programs
- Monitor and maintain exceptional service standards through regular quality assurance audits
- Collaborate with marketing team to create unique guest experiences and seasonal promotions
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes while ensuring cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in luxury resort/hotel operations
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 50+ professionals
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tourism regulations and international service standards
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and crisis management capabilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; multilingual candidates highly valued
- Advanced proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Oracle) and hotel management software
