Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily resort operations to ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and brand integrity.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans that drive revenue growth, maximize occupancy, and enhance profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the resort staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
- Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) statement, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Act as the primary liaison for VIP guests and resolve complex operational issues with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the resort's online reputation and drive direct bookings.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, including local labor laws and environmental sustainability practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in luxury resort management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory leadership role.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong command of English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of financial management and the ability to analyze operational data.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a deep appreciation for Balinese culture and traditions.
