Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily resort operations to ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and brand integrity.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans that drive revenue growth, maximize occupancy, and enhance profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the resort staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and service excellence.
  • Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) statement, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
  • Act as the primary liaison for VIP guests and resolve complex operational issues with diplomacy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the resort's online reputation and drive direct bookings.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, including local labor laws and environmental sustainability practices.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in luxury resort management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory leadership role.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong command of English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
  • Proven track record of financial management and the ability to analyze operational data.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
