Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and recreational facilities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage departmental budgets, cost control, and revenue optimization strategies
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental sustainability standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional packages and partnerships
- Address and resolve guest concerns with prompt, personalized solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in luxury resort/hotel management with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record in P&L management and operational excellence
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages advantageous
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tourism regulations and industry trends
- Certification in hospitality management (e.g., CHA, AHLEI) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainable tourism practices
