Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily resort operations to ensure seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage the P&L, create and monitor annual budgets, and drive revenue growth strategies.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of staff, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
- Guest Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests and resolve complex issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards across the property.
- Marketing & Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the resort's online presence and drive occupancy.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in senior management roles within luxury hospitality or tourism.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Micros) and strong financial reporting capabilities.
- Language: Excellent command of English (both verbal and written); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion: A genuine passion for sustainable tourism and guest-centric service.
