Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Manage all aspects of resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage, ensuring seamless execution of daily activities.
- Guest Experience: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue and increase guest satisfaction scores, ensuring every interaction is memorable.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team through regular training sessions, performance reviews, and career development initiatives.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, including P&L analysis, budget adherence, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to set long-term goals, market the resort effectively, and expand market share.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in resort or luxury hotel management.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of hospitality software and property management systems (e.g., Opera, Oracle).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
