Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all daily operations of the resort, ensuring the highest standards of service and seamless guest experiences.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue, occupancy rates, and profitability.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Financial Management: Manage the annual budget, forecast financial performance, and control costs effectively.
- Guest Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and ensure all feedback is addressed to enhance brand reputation.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure full compliance with local regulations, health and safety protocols, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in senior management roles within luxury hospitality or tourism.
- Background: Proven track record of leading operations in a high-end resort or hotel setting.
- Skills: Strong financial acumen, budget management, and P&L responsibility experience.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
