  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue, occupancy rates, and profitability.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Financial Management: Manage the annual budget, forecast financial performance, and control costs effectively.
  • Guest Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and ensure all feedback is addressed to enhance brand reputation.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in senior management roles within luxury hospitality or tourism.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
