Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily resort operations to ensure seamless execution and the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans that drive revenue growth, maximize occupancy rates, and enhance profitability.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a diverse team of professionals, fostering a positive work culture that encourages professional development and innovation.
- Manage the resort's budget, financial reporting, and cost control measures to maintain healthy financial performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards, while maintaining the resort's eco-friendly and sustainable practices.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and the local community.
- Act as the primary liaison for guests and VIPs, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in luxury hotel or resort management, with at least 2 years in a General Manager or Assistant General Manager role.
- Proven track record of leading successful teams and driving operational excellence in the hospitality industry.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to handle crisis management and solve complex operational issues efficiently.
