Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all daily operations of the resort, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency across all departments including Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office, and Maintenance.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor P&L statements, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Guest Experience: Act as the primary ambassador for the resort, personally engaging with VIP guests and resolving complex issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction scores.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing management team, conducting regular performance reviews and fostering a positive work environment.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the strategic planning process, including marketing initiatives, property upgrades, and expansion opportunities.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to local laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 3 years in a Senior Management role (General Manager or Resort Director).
- Languages: Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic fluency is highly preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead large teams, manage conflict, and inspire high performance.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of luxury market trends, revenue management, and digital marketing in hospitality.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per resort requirements.
