Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, concierge, and lobby lounge to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve complex complaints with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of front office staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor and maintain accurate financial records, including revenue and folio management.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure property readiness and guest satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce brand standards and safety protocols across the front-of-house area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Front Office Management role within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Valid degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written) with proficiency in additional languages highly valued.
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Oracle Opera or Fidelio.
