Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, concierge, and lobby lounge to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage guest inquiries and resolve complex complaints with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of front office staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate financial records, including revenue and folio management.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure property readiness and guest satisfaction.
  • Implement and enforce brand standards and safety protocols across the front-of-house area.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Front Office Management role within a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Valid degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written) with proficiency in additional languages highly valued.
  • Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Oracle Opera or Fidelio.
