  • Oversee the daily operations of the reservation department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking management.
  • Manage high-profile VIP and corporate accounts, ensuring personalized service standards are met.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to optimize revenue strategies and maximize occupancy rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing departments to align inventory with promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Proven expertise in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Oracle Opera or ResNexus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with diverse clientele.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred for this Miami location.
  • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
