Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the reservations team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Oversee the daily operations of the reservation department, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking management.
- Manage high-profile VIP and corporate accounts, ensuring personalized service standards are met.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to optimize revenue strategies and maximize occupancy rates.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing departments to align inventory with promotional campaigns.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the reservations process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven expertise in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Oracle Opera or ResNexus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and forecast trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with diverse clientele.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred for this Miami location.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
